摘要： <正> 血型鉴别能力指的是某种血型系统鉴别个人性的能力,通常用血型鉴别机率(prob ability of discrimination,DP)来表示。非父否定机率是对不是真父被控为父,用血型系统否定其为真父的可能性,亦即通常所说的非父排除率。弄清血型鉴别能力与非父否定机率在法医血清学的理论与实际上都有重要的意义。两种指标的计算都是以血型系

Abstract: The Probability of discrimination (DP)and of paternity exclusion (PE)in Chinese Han nationalities has been calculated with 20 genetic markers. We divided these systems into four kinds depending on its probabilities of discrimination. we discussed the application problems of DP and pc (probabilities of coincidence) in the practice of forensic serology and pointed out the way for further enhance PE in Chinese. A computer programs are also destribed, which can be used for calcuation of PE with HLA systems.
