摘要: <正> Gm和Km因子是人类免疫球蛋白上的两个遗传标记,反映了不同个体之间的免疫球蛋白结构的差异,又被称为同种异型(allotype).Gm因子在免疫球蛋白IgG亚类分子的重链上,至今已检出Gm 1,2,3,17,23,5,6,10,11,13,14,15,16,21,24,26,27,28等18种因子.控制每种Gm因子的遗传基因组合成单倍型(haplotype)形式传递.Km因子在免疫球蛋白K型轻链上,常见的因子有三个.检测Gm、Km因子一般以血清为检材. 免疫球蛋白在常温和碱性条件下较为稳

Abstract: This paper introduces a simple method of Gm and Km grouping of dried bloodstains. The detection of Gm (1), (2), (3), (5), (21) and Km (1) factors in bloodstains aged for 1 year at room temperature has been observed. The correlation between the weight of dried blood and the volume of fresh blood was set up.
