摘要： 本文简述了累积法的基本理论，并通过举例介绍了劳动能力评定中多要素并存时累积法的应用。笔者认为，该法简单、易掌握，有利于法医在实际工作中运用，提高检案质量。

Abstract: The paper set forth the bole theory about the calculating method of evaluating the labor ability.It introduced the use of the calculating method on evaluating the loss of labor ability through many examples while various factors existed simultaneously. The method is eaSy to master and applicable in legal medical practice.
