Abuse of"PHETICOL"and Its Interfenence to the Analysis of Methamphetamine

摘要: 目的:消除麻黄减对甲基苯丙胺分析的干扰。方法:在甲基苯丙胺的提取过程中增加氧化步骤,即2ml尿样用0.5ml1mol/L的磷酸缓冲液(pH6.8)和0.5ml0.3mol/L高碘酸钠处理。结果:麻黄碱在高碘酸离子的存在下降解为小碎片而甲基苯丙胺则不受影响,从而消除麻黄碱的干扰。结论:样品提取前用高碘酸钠处理可消除麻黄碱引起的干扰,该样品处理方法可用于甲基苯丙胺的确证分析。

Abstract: The study was to eliminate interference from ephed- rine in the analysis of methamphetamine 。The extractionprocedure for methamphetamine was modified to includean oxidation step (2ml urine specimen was trecimen was treated with 0.5ml of lmol/L phosphate buffer(pH6. 8) and 0.5ml0. 3mol/L sodium periodate). Results showed that ephed-rinecould be oxidized in the presence of periodare ions in-to smaller fragments while leaving methamphetamine in-tact.It is recommended that specimens be treated with sodium periodate prior to extraction in order to eliminateany interference caused by ephedrine.
