摘要: <正> 异丙肾上腺素(简称异丙肾)与肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺等,因在苯环3、4位碳上都有羟基(儿茶酚)故统称儿茶酚胺(catecholamins).儿茶酚胺既产生于体内,又可人工合成外源投与,若体内产生过多或外源投与不当,便可引起病变,甚至死亡.尤须指出,外源投与除涉及医源性损害外,还可关系到他杀.法医实际鉴定证明用

Abstract: This study is shown that isoproterenal sulfate at dose more than 85mg per kilogram administered subcontaneously and venously to the rat is capale of producing cardiac and extra cardiac lesions and death. The cardiac lesion dy this drug on the basis of the localization and pathhistological characteristics is similar the ischemic nerosis (myocardia inforction), The extra cardiac lesions are consisted of the brain swelling, pulmonal edema or hyaline membranformation, centrolobular liver necrosis, cortical ischemic changes of the kidney and the other toxic manifestations.
