血痕GLOI、EsD、EAP、PGM_1、Gc的测定及可测期限的研究

摘要: <正> 近数十年来,经法生物学家的努力,血痕中可测定的血型日益增多.不少学者研究了血痕中各种红细胞酶及血清蛋白的可测期限,但对同一批血痕同时进行多种酶及血清蛋白可测期限的研究,尚未见有报道.为了了解GLOI、EsD、EAP、PGM_1及Gc在各种环境下的可测期限,本研究采用同一批

Abstract: In this paper,GLOI was typed by extracting bloodstains with β-mercaptoethanol and the starch-agarose gel electrophoresis; EsD, EAP, and PGM_1 with DTT and ultrathin PAG IEF; Gc with urea and uitrathin PAG IEF followed by immunofixation. When the blood volume in blood-stains was equal to 1 ul, these systems could be typed correctly respectively, The detectable periods of the same bloodstains were studied at outdoor and 100% humidity condition.The results showed that PGM_1 and EAP were more stable than GLOI, EsD and Gc.
