摘要： 本实验用80只大鼠研究了脑皮质损伤区不同经过时间酸性磷酸酶染色变化,并用图象定量分析仪对损伤区酶含量进行了定量检测。结果发现:在脑损伤后12小时至5天,损伤周边区酶含量随时间指数呈直线增长;5天后至3周,损伤周边区及中心区酶含量随时间指数直线衰减。线性关系非常明显。在测得损伤区酶含量后,代入本实验求出的指数直线回归方程,即可精确地推测脑损伤后存活时间,具有十分显著的规律性。

Abstract: With 60 rate as our samples,we studied the stainning changes of acid phosphateas in cerebral cortex at different time after injury.The amount of the enzyme at the injury zone was detected by means of Graphical Quantitative Analyzer.We found out that from 12 hours after injury to 5 days,the enzyme amount at the periphery of the injury zone showed lincal ascend ing with time index,from 3 days to 3 weeks the enzyme amount both at the periphery and the center of the injury zone showed lin- eal descending with time index.The lineal correlation is quite dis- tinct.With the lineal regressive equation made out from our ex- periment,we can accurately estimate the surviving time after brain injury.
