Abstract: This article evaluates the concept of DNAtechnology in the practice of forensic sciences anddiscusses the problems about the experimentalconditions of the DNA laboratory, the qualificationof technical personnel, the standardization of thecreteria.relations between DNA typing and routineserology tests and so on.
