人体敌敌畏中毒的血液致死浓度探讨

Prospective Study of Lethal Blood Concentraton of DDVP in Humans

摘要： 本文对4年间6家医院所有门急诊敌敌畏中毒病例(共50例)进行了调查分析。用气相色谱法对其血液敌敌畏浓度进行测定。运用Bliss法,计算其死亡率和昏迷率的机率单位的回归方程。并获得其经救治后血液半数致死浓度LC_(50)为45.80mg/l,半数致昏迷浓度CC_(50)为8.48mg/l。综合文献,认为其自然的血液半数致死浓度应在合并半数致死浓度LC_e50=19.69mg/l的附近。

Abstract: Fifty cases of DDVP poisoning outpatients from six hospitals around Hangzhou district over the period from April 1988 to octorber 1991 were collected consecutively for lethal blood concentration study.Blood samples were detected with gas chromatography.The probabilites were analysised with BIBs method.As the results,the linear regressive equation of the death probability was as follows: Yr=2.832+1.305lgX and of the coma rate: Yc= 3.554+1.558lgX The LC_(50)and CC_(50)were 45.80mg/l and 8.48mg/l respectively.As the death rate was influenced by therapy,its natural death probability has been discussed and estimated from above two formulas as follows: Ye=3.161+1.421lgX and the LCe50 is calculated as 19.69mg/l.
