摘要： 本文介绍了一种双重免疫酶标染色方法（单酶法）。其原理是过氧化也物酶遇DAB－CoCl2－H2O2显蓝黑色，遇DAB－H2O2显棕黄色，两种颜色对比鲜明。将此法应用于检测法医尸检材料心和脑中的有关抗原，效果良好。该法灵敏、简便、经济，且切片可长期保存，困而有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: In this paper we report a kind of double immunoenzyme labelled staining method (single enzyme method). The principle of the method is that HPR will whow blue -black color when it meet DABCoCL2/H2O2,while it will show brown color as it meet DAB/H2O2, two colors constract very remarkably. This method was used to detect the antigens of hearts and brains which obstained from forensic autopsy.The results showed that the method was sensitive. simple and econo-mical. One of the advantages is that the stained sections can keep for a long time. Thus,it is very paractical for forensic pathology.
