摘要:
体育锻炼可以降低心血管疾病的总体风险、延长寿命并提高生活质量,但同时也有研究表明,剧烈的体育运动与心脏性猝死呈一定的相关性。国内外对于运动相关心脏性猝死(sports-related sudden cardiac death,SrSCD)进行了多项回顾性或前瞻性研究。本文从SrSCD的概念、流行病学特征、常见病因、运动对心血管功能的影响、运动前筛查与评估等方面的相关研究进行综述,以期了解SrSCD的最新研究进展,为开展SrSCD的相关研究提供借鉴。
