Abstract: The expertise of fire accident is an important question ofMedicolegal expertise. The fire accident happened in Shenzhen Zhill Toy factory on November 19, 1993; resultedin 87 people's death and 51 people burn. The cause andtime deab and personal identification ofthe victim dead ofthe fire accident were identified, and pcocedure of themedicolegal expertise in similar accident was studied.
