Abstract: Through studying the case of hoodlum behavior and the data of sexual problems from some reference books, we observed the difference between voyeurion and hoodlum behavior. The voyeur also spies on women who are undressing or bathing, but docs not attempt sexual activity withthem. Ordinary sexual offenders are ordinary men, whodo intend to hurt and attach women to achieve normal sexual enjoyment. The psychiatrist must pay much attention todistinguish sexual deviated and ordinary sexual offender inforensic psychiatry identification.
