Abstract: Three typical an were reported in this peper. The relationship between injury and inevitable abortion was analyzed.The literature was reviewed. It was discussed how to derivethe correct knowledge from the medicolegal expertise rightly. It implied that the cxamination of forensic pathology was necessary.
