Abstract: In this paper, 519 victims of homicidal cases, were analyzed retrospectively. Most of them were among 16 and 30 years old. The homicidal motive, location of the scene, relation between victims and offenders, means of killing,bind alcohol concentration of victims were quite different between cases with 1 or 2 woundS and cases with more than 1 0 wounds. Out of 513 victims died of the acute hemorrhagic shock. The subendocardial ecchymosis of the left ventricle was found in 167 cases (90% ).
