Abstract: Identification of hand injury in clinical forensic medicine de pends on the evaluation of post-hand injury function. The standard of evaluating hand function made the seriousness of list-hand function mote detail and could make up for some defects in prevalent "The standard for identifying human body mild or severe damages." A more practical and objec tive standard with limit of mild or severe damages in hand was suggested for determining the seriousness of hand in jury.
