Abstract: Aconitine (AC) degradation kinetics in tissues of rabbit corpses stored at 4℃ after administrated Aconitum Brachypodum Diets AbD orally was studied' The result showed that AC degradation process in rabbit corpses is apparent two-order degradation kinetics'AC degradation kinetics equations in liver and kidney arc C-1 (liver) = 0. 0339 (t-5) + 0. 1918 ， C-1 (kid ney) = 0. 0788t + 0.5176, the half lives of them are 5. 66 and 6.47 days respectively.
