Abstract: The experimental blunt cardiac trauma was made up success fully by means of blunt force impacting against cardiac anterior area.The results of this investigation showed that the blunt force as a primary pathogenic factor may cause not only primary blunt cardiac trauma. such as cardiac concussion.contusion. laceration. but also secondary and delayed blunt cardiac trauma such as the traumatic myocaditis. traumatic coronary vasculitis. thombosis. traumatic myocardiac infarction and so on. It must be pointed out that the myocardiac membrane burst and its corresponding fibril defrmity are the most important morphological index of cardiac concussion.
