The Determination of Meperdine in Human Blood by GC/MS and its Pharmacokinetic Study

Abstract: A GC/MS assay using selected ion monitering for meperdine in blood is described. Caliblation curve is linear over 0.002 to 1.0μg/mL.(r=0.9997). the results reproducible (CV＜10%).the sensitivity limit is about 1ng/mL and no interference is present in blank blood. The method has been applied to pharmacokinetic studies after intramuscular injection of 80 mg meperdine.
