摘要：

法医学的学科发展关乎国计民生、社会稳定和平安中国建设，在全面推进依法治国进程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。法医学一级学科的设立以及第五科研范式的变革使得法医学学科建设站在了新的历史起点上。本文回顾了法医学学科建设的现状和困境，概述了第五科研范式的特征及其对法医学学科建设的影响，并提出了应对思路。

Abstract:

The development of forensic science is crucial to the national welfare, people's livelihood, social stability, and the construction of a safe China. It plays an indispensable role in the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law. The establishment of forensic science as a primary discipline, along with the transformation brought by the fifth research paradigm, makes the construction of forensic science stand at a new historical starting point. This paper reviews the current status and challenges of forensic science development, outlines the characteristics of the fifth research paradigm and its impact on the construction of forensic science, and proposes strategies for addressing these challenges.
