液基细胞学技术应用于血样羊水栓塞的诊断

Diagnosis of Amniotic Fluid Embolism with Blood Samples by Liquid-based Cytology Technique

摘要:  目的 建立基于液基细胞学技术的血样羊水栓塞的诊断方法,并对其有效性进行研究。 方法 收集羊水栓塞者血液样本,分别用两种直接涂片法(上清涂片法、沉淀涂片法)和两种液基细胞涂片法(自动涂片法、人工涂片法)对血液样本中的羊水成分进行检测,对4种方法的羊水成分检出率进行比较。 结果 建立的两种液基细胞涂片法的羊水成分检出率(分别为84.6%、92.3%)明显高于直接涂片法(分别为53.8%、61.5%)。 结论 液基细胞涂片法可以提高羊水栓塞的检出率。

Abstract: Objective To establish the diagnosis of amniotic fluid embolism with blood samples by liquid-based cytology technique and to study the validity of method. Methods The blood samples were collected from patients who suffered from amniotic fluid embolism. The components of amniotic fluid in blood samples were examined with blood smear by two direct smear methods (supernatant smear, sediment smear) and two liquid-based cytology methods (automatic smear, manual smear). The positive detection rate of each method was calculated. Results The positive detection rates of two liquid-based cytology methods (84.6% and 92.3%, respectively) were much higher than those of two direct methods (53.8% and 61.5%, respectively). Conclusion The liquid-based cytology technique could improve the positive detection rate of amniotic fluid embolism.
