摘要： 有毒植物的毒理学研究是法医毒理学的重要内容。司法部司法鉴定科学技术研究所郑钟璇研究员和赵台安、卜俊等合作,对法医鉴定上常遇到的有毒植物进行了系统研究。本刊从本期起将陆续报道他们的研究成果。这里发表的是对洋金花研究的论文之一“有毒成份生物碱的测定。”其余各篇(包括急性毒性的研究,法医病理学研究。有毒成份在体内的分布等)将在以后各期刊出。

Abstract: Yang-Jin-Hua(Datura)are toxic Chinese traditional drugs.It is found that there are 3 kinds of darura on the marker.In this paper,a quanti- tative method(by spectrophotometer)for determination of their toxic cons- tituents——two kinds of alkaloids(hyposcine and atropine)on two species of Yang-Jin-Hua(Datura innoxia Mill and D.stramonium L.)is described. Our study shows:1)The proportion of atropine in alkaloids is:flower- 79.9％,fruit-83.0％ and seed-84.7％;2)The proportion of hyoscine in alk- aloids is:flower-20.1％,fruit-17.0％ and seed-15.3％;3)The proportion of alkaloids in drugs is:flower-0.5389％,fruit-0.1306％ and seed-0.2361％.
