辽宁地区汉族人补体C_6多型性分布研究

GENETIC POLYMORPHISM OF THE SIXTH COMPONENT OF COMPLEMENT IN NORTHEAST CHINA

摘要： 本文应用琼脂糖凝胶等电聚焦结合免疫印迹的方法,调查了辽宁地区汉族人群(203例)补体C6的多型性分布.补体C6的基因频率为C6A=0.4704;C6B=0.5049;C6B 2=0.0148;C6B3=0.0049;C6M=0.0049.本文并对不同人群C6的频率分布进行了比较.

Abstract: The distribution of the sixth component of complement phenotypes were studied using the agarose gel isoelectric focusing (AGIEF) following immunoblotting technique in 203 Chinese Han populations in Liaoning area. The gene frequencies were as follows: C6A=0.4704, C6B=0.5049, C6B2=0.0148, C6B3=0.0049, C6M=O.OO49, respectively. The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in agreement with the expected numbers under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The gene frequencies among other areas in China, and Chinese and other populations were compared.
