摘要： 纤维连接蛋白是广泛存在于细胞外基质、血浆及其它体液中一种糖蛋白,其基因在三个区域进行可变剪接,分别为EDA、EDB和IIICS。EDA片段对增强纤维连接蛋白促进细胞粘附、迁移、分化及增殖等功能具有重要的作用。本文就纤维连接蛋白EDA片段的剪接调节、生物学活性及其应用展望做一探讨。

Abstract: Fibronectin is an adhesive extracellular matrix glycoprotein,it's primary gene transcription is alterna-tively spliced in three regions,designated EDA,EDB and IIICS.EDA segment potentiates the ability of FN to promote cell adhesion,migration,differentiation and proliferation,thus playing an important role in the process of wound healing,embryonic development and tumor metastasis.Here we discuss the alternatively splicing mecha-nism,biological properties and possible application of EDA.
