视神经损伤的模式翻转视觉诱发电位24例分析

摘要： 本文对２４例（２６眼）视神损伤的ＰＲＶＥＰ进行了分析，其主要表现为记录不到反应波，Ｐ１潜伏期延长、波幅降低、时程变宽。ＰＲＶＥＰ的异常率达９６％，说明ＰＲＶＥＰ可为视神经损伤的诊断提供客观依据。

Abstract: the Pattern Reversed Visual Evoked Potential Test (PRVEP) of 24 cases (26 cyes) with optic nerve injury was analyzed. The main abnormal manifestation of PRVEP were no recordable responses, decayed P1latency, decteased P1 amplitude, widen P1 time domain. The abnormal rate of PRVEP test in our group was 96%. The results indicated that PRVEP could provided the objective evidence in the diagnosis of optic nerve injury'
