摘要: 死亡时间推断是法医学的百年难题,又是命案侦破的关键指标。法医昆虫学为死亡时间推断另辟蹊径,尤其是对高度腐败及白骨化尸体死亡时间推断的优越性已经被大量案例证实。法医昆虫学技术目前日趋成熟,本文将对法医昆虫学用于死亡时间推断的机制进行阐述,强调技术的标准化应用,并列出适合我国基层法医应用的数据。

Abstract: Postmortem interval (PMI) estimation is a major problem in forensic medicine and a vital indicator of crime investigations. Forensic entomology provides a new way to the PMI estimation, and its superiority has been confirmed through many cases, especially in relation to the cadaver at the stage of advanced decomposition even skeleton. The technologies of forensic entomology have become more mature. This review describes the mechanism of forensic entomology used for PMI estimation, emphasizes the standardized application of technology, and lists the data for the reference of forensic experts in China.
