Abstract: This paper reported the distribution of Kidd, Dully, Diego, and Kell blood group systems examined in 150 random donor from Chinese Han population in Liaoning area. The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in good agreement with the number expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The gene fre- que ncies of each systems are: Jk~a 0.3767, Jk~b 0.6233;Fy~a 0.8413, Fy~b 0.0428, Fy 0.1159; Di~a 0.0478, Di 0.9522; K 0.0134, k 0.9866, Kp~a 0.0034, Kp~b 0.9966, kKp~a 0.0034, kKp~b 0.9833, KKp~b 0.0133. The exclusion probability of parentage (EPP) and the Discrimination power (DP) of Kidd system is the highest among four blood group systems examined. There was no significant differences in gene frequencies of each systems among Chinese Han population in diferent area and among the Chinese and other Mongoloid populations.
