Abstract: This is ten cases of Primary Cardiomyopathy in 7 cases of the hypertrophic (obliterative) type and 3 cases of extensive (congestive) type. Hypertrophic type is marked hypertrophy of ventricular syptum with bizarre arrange ment of various sized muscle fibers and marked fibrosis and the other changes, including marked proliferation of hypertrophied smooth muscle cell and marked endofibroelastosis of small coronaryor lipotissue infiltrition invade the interstitial, conducting tissue and nervousganglions.
