Experimental Study on Detection Methods of Phosacetim in Intoxicant Death Ⅱ. Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Phosacetim in Biological Samples

Abstract: This paper describes the methods for qualitative and quantitative analys- is of phosacetim in biological samples by TLC, TLCS and HPLC. The methods given are quick, reproducible and linear with correlation coefficient of TLC and HPLC was 0. 996. The presence of interfering components, as are com- monly found in postmortem, did not affect the result. For these reasons, the methods were well suited for the analysis of phosacetim in the forensic laboratory.
