Abstract: This study was shown that the Esterase isoenzyme in rat liver would change after its death,especially within 6 hours.The changes of Ester- ases in rat liver appeared regularly.It was found that some ons decreas- ed.and some ones increased.We thought this method was very useful in determining the time of death.
