Differentiation of sex origin of bloodstains by Dot hybridization with Y-chromosome-specific probe

Abstract: The results of differenting sex origin of bloodstains and amniotic fluids by Dot hyhridization and Y chromosome-specific probe(3.5kb)were presented.It was shown that this method was possessed of evera advantages,such as exactitude,simplicity,speediness,and so on.
