    A STUDY OF SKIN INCISED WOUND IN WATER:OBSERVATION OF FIBRIN UNDER SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE(SEM)

    There are a few of articles about fibrins of skin wounds observed by SEM.Fihrins is a sign of diagnosing antemortem injury,and has a resistance to the effect of water for a long time.But it is not clear whether fibrin networks can also be formed or not on the skin wounds surfaces in water.So skin incised wounds were made on SD rats in water before death,and the wound surfaces were observed by SEM.The authors found that there was not fibrin networks on the wound surfaces.Comparing with the results of skin postmortem wounds could not distinguish antemortem injury from postmortem injury. But the authors also found that the wound surfaces made before death and then put into water co- vered with a layer of fibrin networks.

    In criminal cases,such as homicide and rape,because of the violence of criminal attacking or(and)victim defending,the blood or even pieces of human tissue from one or both sides of them remains on clothes of opposite or crime scenes.This is very important sometimes unique evidence of determing crime.Testing these cases we sometimes find that victim and suspect have the same blood groups and other biological phenotypes. Therefore the sex determination is of great value for these cases.In other cases,which difficult to identify the sex of corpse by surface examination,this test above is also of great value.In this paper we described a simple and rapid technique of sex determination from different biological materials by DNA amplification.Three cases were identified using this method.

    Genetic polymophism of Soluble glutamic-pyruvic fransminase(GPT)was discoverd by Chen and Gib- lett with Starch-gel electrophoresis of human red cells.Three Common phenotypes,designated GPT_1.GPT_(2-1) and GPT_2,were identified and each was thought to be the expression of two alleles Gpt~1 and Gpt~2 at autosomal locus. In this study we have investigated the polymor-phism of GPT in 235 normal unrelated donors living in Shanghai.Enzyme typing was carried out for Starchgel and specific enzyme Staing.The gene frequen- cies of Gpt~1 and Gpt~2 were estimated at 0.5404 and 0.4596.The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in good agreement with the numbers expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equelihrium(x~2=1.9939 0.1

    This paper reported a very sensitive,precise and rapid method for detecting ABO blood groups.We used anti-A and anti-B McAb as the first antibodies and~(125)Ⅰ-labelled antl-mouse IgG the second anti- body.The sensitivity of this method could reach 1:5000 dilution,and the blind test of all samples were correct.These results showed that SPRIA should be practical used in identifying blood group antigens from bloodstain,saliva,semen,etc.

    Study on the polymorphism of human Seminal r-glutamyl transpeptidase

    This paper reported the polymorphism of Seminal r-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)camined in 75 unrelated chinese male.Engyme typing revealed three types of band patterns was carried out for common polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the specific engyme staining.The frequencies of the three types were GGT1=0.19,GGT2=0.32,GGT2-1=0.49,The observed numbers of the phenotyas were in good agrcement with the numbers expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The Discriminating Power (DP)were estimated at 0.62.

    General Comment of 383 Cases of pesticide test

    This paper collects 383 case materials of pesticide test.And the following regularities of cases come from statistical analysis; 1.The cases of pesticide occur mainly in suburban and rural area in which the rate of cascs is hig- her thcm that in city. 2.The poisoning cases are classified into the first point,the poison-throwing cases next to it. 3.The proportion of death caused by poisoning in 67.1 perent in city,but in rural area,it is simil- arly equal to that caused by throwing poison,both of which make up the 90.6 perent of the cases in the suburban and rural area. The charactistics is as follow: 1.young women suiciding by taking poison,most of whom work as workers and peasants,occupy the main position in such cases. 2.66.0 percent of factors of such cases.are attributed to the sharpening of rarious contradiction and dispute. 3.Amony all the pesticide cmerging in these cases,the organic phosphorous insecticide,which propo- rtion is 82.2 percent,present at the first position by testing results.The first six main pesticides are as follow in order:DDVP(dichlorouos),Methomidophos,Dimethoate,Phosphamidon,Zinc Phosphide and Car- bofuran while,in the same time,attention should by paid to the appearance of new and mixed pesticide. Therefore,in order to cat down the cases of pesticide,it is the measure to strengthen strongly the safe aepiiance,restoration and administration of pesticide,the education of legal system and the timely cencili ation of various contradiction and dispute.
