The Typing and Detectable Periods of GLOI,EsD,EAP,PGM_1and Gc in Bloodstains

In this paper,GLOI was typed by extracting bloodstains with β-mercaptoethanol and the starch-agarose gel electrophoresis; EsD, EAP, and PGM_1 with DTT and ultrathin PAG IEF; Gc with urea and uitrathin PAG IEF followed by immunofixation. When the blood volume in blood-stains was equal to 1 ul, these systems could be typed correctly respectively, The detectable periods of the same bloodstains were studied at outdoor and 100% humidity condition.The results showed that PGM_1 and EAP were more stable than GLOI, EsD and Gc.
