The Typing and Detectable Periods of GLOI,EsD,EAP,PGM_1and Gc in Bloodstains LU HUILING GUO JINGYUAN(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC BIOLOGY;SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES) 1991, 0(3): 1-5.  Abstract ( 1912 )   In this paper,GLOI was typed by extracting bloodstains with β-mercaptoethanol and the starch-agarose gel electrophoresis; EsD, EAP, and PGM_1 with DTT and ultrathin PAG IEF; Gc with urea and uitrathin PAG IEF followed by immunofixation. When the blood volume in blood-stains was equal to 1 ul, these systems could be typed correctly respectively, The detectable periods of the same bloodstains were studied at outdoor and 100% humidity condition.The results showed that PGM_1 and EAP were more stable than GLOI, EsD and Gc. G2M(N) Typing in Human Semen Stains by ELISA-I Test with Monoclonal Antibody HOU YIPING GOU QING WU MEIYUNDEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC SEROLOGYWEST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES 1991, 0(3): 6-9.  Abstract ( 1951 )   This paper reports an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay inhibition test with a monoclonal antibody(SH-2l)for G2m(n) typing of immunoglobulin allotype in human semen stains. By the ELISA-I test, either 3μl semen or 1×1 cm~2 soman stains could be typed correctly for G2m(n) factor. The results of G2m(n) typing were identical between semen and serum of 24 individuals and between semina of 112 individuals and semen stains which were derived from the semina,respectively. Determination of Human Seminal Stains by Sandwich Indirect ELISA GOU QING HOU YIPING MAO YONGQIOU WU MEIYUNDEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC SEROLOGYWEST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES 1991, 0(3): 10-13.  Abstract ( 1967 )   For the purpose of confirming the human semen stains, a sandwich indirect ELISA test was established using the rabbite anti-human p30 serum and goat antihuman p30 serum. This method is sensitive enough to detect 200ng/ml p30. A blind test to examine 126 biological stains which have boon kept at room temperature for one year was carried out using this method.The test results showed 100% accuracy.There were not any false-positive and false-negative results. There isn't significant difference between both sides(p>0.05), but there is between sexes(p<0.01).Between them there is middle and high degree of correlation,espicaly in female.Meanwhile the regression formulae were established.
