Abstract: This paper reports an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay inhibition test with a monoclonal antibody(SH-2l)for G2m(n) typing of immunoglobulin allotype in human semen stains. By the ELISA-I test, either 3μl semen or 1×1 cm~2 soman stains could be typed correctly for G2m(n) factor. The results of G2m(n) typing were identical between semen and serum of 24 individuals and between semina of 112 individuals and semen stains which were derived from the semina, respectively.
