Abstract: For the purpose of confirming the human semen stains, a sandwich indirect ELISA test was established using the rabbite anti-human p30 serum and goat antihuman p30 serum. This method is sensitive enough to detect 200ng/ml p30. A blind test to examine 126 biological stains which have boon kept at room temperature for one year was carried out using this method.The test results showed 100% accuracy.There were not any false-positive and false-negative results.
