Abstract: This paper reported the polymorphism of Seminal r-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)camined in 75 unrelated chinese male.Engyme typing revealed three types of band patterns was carried out for common polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the specific engyme staining.The frequencies of the three types were GGT1=0.19,GGT2=0.32,GGT2-1=0.49,The observed numbers of the phenotyas were in good agrcement with the numbers expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The Discriminating Power (DP)were estimated at 0.62.
