Abstract: In this paper, two-dimensional electrophoretic map of human seminal plasma proteins has been established under condition of this study by means of improvement of previous methods. The 2D-PAGE map not only is basis on which proteins of human seminal plasma will be further studied, but provides scientific basis for analysis of other proteins.
