Abstract: An inhibition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test with a monoclonal antibody for Glm(f)typing of immunoglobulin allotype in human sera was reported. By this method, we have typed 478 unrelated individuals of Han nationality living in Chengdu for Glm(f). The results show that the frequency of the Glm(f) in Chengdu is 83.26%, the frequency of Glm(f) gene is 0.590,and the variance is 0.0004.
