GIM(F)TYPING IN HAN POPULATION IN CHENGDU BY ELISA-I TEST WITH MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY
ZHANG LIN LI YINGBI HOU YIPING GOUQING WU MEIYUN DEPARTMENT OF FORENSICSEROLOGY;WEST CHINA UNIVERSITY OFMEDICAL SCIENCES
    1992, 0(4): 145-147+.
    Abstract ( 1661 )
An inhibition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test with a monoclonal antibody for Glm(f)typing of immunoglobulin allotype in human sera was reported. By this method, we have typed 478 unrelated individuals of Han nationality living in Chengdu for Glm(f). The results show that the frequency of the Glm(f) in Chengdu is 83.26%, the frequency of Glm(f) gene is 0.590,and the variance is 0.0004.

    Abstract ( 1898 )
We investigated the polymorphism of sperm diaphorase Ⅲ with modified mixed starch gel eletrophoresis and PAGIEF.Among the 378 Chinese adult males in Shanghai population, three phenotypes wrer observed and the gene frequencies of DIA_3 wrer calculted as DIA_3~1 0.7275, DIA_3~2 0.2725(by SGE) and BIA_2~1 0.7228,DIA_3~2 0.2744 and DIA_3~v 0.0054(by PAGIEF).The IEF method is applied to phentype DIA_3 in seminal stain, which phenotypes are demostrated for up to 7 weeks at room temperature and for 11 weeks at 4℃. The DIA~3 in all 30 vaginal swabs were not typed by SGE and 1EF.

ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES IN RABBIT MYOCARDIUM DURING AUTOLYSIS
LI LINGZHI SUN HUIKUAN ZHANG YONGLIANG(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;INNERMONGOLIAN MEDICAL COLLEGE;HUHEHAOTE)
    1992, 0(4): 151-153+.
    Abstract ( 1874 )
The autolytic ultrastructural changes of the rabbit myocardium were observed in vitro. These changes included depletion of glycogen, nuclear and mitochondrial changes. The mitochondrial were swollen, exhibited decreased matrix density, and developed flocculent dense bodies in the matrix space. These dense bodies increased in size and number as the period of autolysis was prolonged. It is helpful for determining the time of death.

    1992, 0(4): 157-163+.
    Abstract ( 1754 )
The results obtained from animal experiment and human autopsy case have indicated that alcohol and n-propanol were produced in the blood and urine when a dead body war, left for loager periods at low temperature(4) or for several days at 20c, and that the rate of alcohol concentrntion versus n-propanol concentration was at most 20 or below. The another projet was conducted to illustrate the stability of alcohol in stored blood and urine. These factors may alter the concentration of alcohol present in autopsy specimens and mnst be considered when evaluating the observed BAC and UAC and judging whether drinking or not before deat.

A NEW METHOD FOR MEASURING SURFACE AREA AND VOLUME OF LESION
PAN WEI-MIN ET AL. NINGBO FIRST HOSPITAL.NINGBO (00)
    1992, 0(4): 164-165+.
    Abstract ( 1551 )
A simple, reproducible method for measuring the surface area and the volume of lesion is described. After the skin around lesion has been coated with vaseline, the lesion is covered with a transparent plastic film which follows the previous skin as much as possible. An isotonic solution is injected through the film, the amount of fluid required to fill the lesion represents the lesion volume. The circumference of the lesion is traced with a pen,cut with scissors and weighed with analytical blance. The weigh of film can be converted into the surface area of lesion.
