Abstract: The results obtained from animal experiment and human autopsy case have indicated that alcohol and n-propanol were produced in the blood and urine when a dead body war, left for loager periods at low temperature(4) or for several days at 20c, and that the rate of alcohol concentrntion versus n-propanol concentration was at most 20 or below. The another projet was conducted to illustrate the stability of alcohol in stored blood and urine. These factors may alter the concentration of alcohol present in autopsy specimens and mnst be considered when evaluating the observed BAC and UAC and judging whether drinking or not before deat.
