    CHARACTERISTICS OF FORENSIC CLINICAL MEDICINE OF OCULAR INJURY IN CHILDHOOD.

    For studing forensic clinical medical characteristics of ocu- lar injury in childhood.We studied 29 ocular injuring cases (age of victims within fifteen),sustained ocular mechanical trauma and litigation,desides,we selected groups:0~4 years of age,4~12 year of age and 12~15 years of age.The data were analysised by statistical methods.The ocular injuring forensic clinical medical characteristics in children revealing: (1)The children were younger than 4 years of age were rare, 4 to 15 are molt majority,Injurant is varied and constrution is often involved lens and other anterior segment in 4 to 12.In 12 to 15,the mint common injurant is first and food,the con- struction is lid,conjunctivtis and fundus.(2)Types of injury is correlated with injurer.Blunt force ocular injury was caused by adult(P<0.001),penetrating ocular injury was caused by children(P<0.001).(3)As compared with control group,all cases of ocular injury of children had higher climing damages(P<0.005)end more frequencies of seeking madical advice(P<0.001).The characteristics and some question about clinical medical jurisprudence were discussed.

    Polymorphism of EsD was investigated by isoelectrical fo- cusing in 14 kinds of organ tissuse,that is,in brain,heart,liv- er,spleen,lung,kidney,pancreas,small intestine,large intes- tine,muscle,skin,ovary,uterus,and testis.The samples were obtained from 7 male and 5female cadavers who were medicolegally autopsied within 48h after death.The results showed that except skin,all the 13 kinds of organs included 5 EsD 1-1,6 EsD 2-1,and 1 EsD 2-2.The results for the determination limits of EsD types in 13 organ tissues stored at 37℃,room temperature and 4℃ showed that all the tissues examined were correctly typed for EsD at 37℃ for periods of up to 3 days,at room temperature for periods of up to 3 weeks and at 4℃ for periods of up to 5 weeks.

    ORM phenotyping of human semen(stains)was success fully carried out by IEF followed by enzyme-immunoblot tins.The 啊 determined ORM phenotypes of 10 semen samples were in good agreement with those of their matching serum sam- pies.40 semen stains kept at 4℃ for 50 days can be typed cor- rectly.For the semen stains kept at room temperature,the max- imum detectable time with 100% typing acuuracy was 30 days.This approach provides a new method for the individual i- dentification of human semen stains.

    With 60 rate as our samples,we studied the stainning changes of acid phosphateas in cerebral cortex at different time after injury.The amount of the enzyme at the injury zone was detected by means of Graphical Quantitative Analyzer.We found out that from 12 hours after injury to 5 days,the enzyme amount at the periphery of the injury zone showed lincal ascend ing with time index,from 3 days to 3 weeks the enzyme amount both at the periphery and the center of the injury zone showed lin- eal descending with time index.The lineal correlation is quite dis- tinct.With the lineal regressive equation made out from our ex- periment,we can accurately estimate the surviving time after brain injury.
