Abstract: This paper introduces a medthod of speckle with ABC—ELISH which may be used for the species identification of dried bloodstains.The reaction occurred on the nitric cellulose film.The reaction could be distinguished directly by naked eye or with the ELISA instrumentation for the treat- ed translucent film.This method may raise the sensitivity of species identification and also be suitable for similar immune assay in material evidence examine of forensic medicine.
