    A systematic identificattion sysytem was developed for the simultaneous analysis 315 abuse drugs amd poisons by GC/MS(EI、PCI、NCI).The paper also presented EI、PCI and NCI mass spectra data library of 315 drugs and poisons.The forensic sciences practice demonstrated that the systematic analysis using multiple parameters:GC retention indices,typicalions and EI,PCI and NCI spectrum matching would be a powerful tool in the identificattion of unkonow compound.

    This paper introduces a medthod of speckle with ABC—ELISH which may be used for the species identification of dried bloodstains.The reaction occurred on the nitric cellulose film.The reaction could be distinguished directly by naked eye or with the ELISA instrumentation for the treat- ed translucent film.This method may raise the sensitivity of species identification and also be suitable for similar immune assay in material evidence examine of forensic medicine.

    It is well known that the FN plays an important role in improving repairing processes of the skin tissue in early incised wound,The change of FN was seen clear in early incised wound margin.The early change of FN is very important for determing the wound time during proceduce of inspective of Forensic medicine.In 4 hours the change of FN in the incised wound margin has not been reported yet before.Randomly collected specimens taken from human abdominal skin were examined (operat- ed) by means of immunohistochmical PAP method following different time for this study. The results indicated the change of the concentration of FN is following different time.During the same time the incised wound margin in human subjects and rats were observed. The results showed that the concentration of FN in incised wound margin both human and rat is not the same.

    Analysis of Posttraumatic Cerebral Infarction

    This article reports 14 cases of post-traumatic infarction.The problem of trauma in relation to cerebral infarction is discussed.The authers are of the opinion that post-traumatic cerebral infarction is mainly caused by thrombosis and embolism of cerebral arteris.Damage to endothelium of arteris resulted in thrombosis commonly as early as 4 hours after trauma.Cerebral thrombosis due to vascu- lar spasm induced by infracranial hemorrhage occur usually 1-3 Weeks.Embolism derived from ma- terial of atheromatous plaques occur immdiately.We can determine the relation between the trauma and cerebral infarction,depending on age,history of cerebrovascular diseases and the iste of the cerebral infarction.

    Extensive neurophysiolorcal investigations were caried out in 69 healthy male subjects.THe test consisted of cortical pudendal and spinal pudendal evoked potentials (SEPs)to stimulation of dorsal nerve of penis,cortical and spinal motor evoked potentials(MEPs) form the bulbocavernosus muscles (BC) in response to scalp and sacral root stimulation,the measurement of sacral reflex latency (SRL) form anal sphincter. The mean sensory total conduction time as measured at the peak of scalp P1 wave was 39.18± 1.92 ms.The mean sensory prepheral conduction time was 9.98±1.30 ms.The mean sensory cen- tral conduction time was 29.66±2.32 ms. Transcranial brain stimulation was performed by using a magnetic stimulator during voluntary conduction of the examed muscles.Motor total conduction time to anal sphincter muscles was 20.34 ±2.28 ms.Motor prepheral conduction time was 6.03±1.40 ms.Motor central conduction time was 14.31±2.68 ms.The mean latency of SRL was 35.15±3.58 ms. Combined or isolated abnormalities of SEPs,MEPs and SRL were found in some patients with impotence.

    The parentage identification of decomposed body or dead fetuswere required occasionally in Medicole- gal practice.The blood-grouping method is useless in these cases.However,PCR technique brings a hope to dissolve these special caseworks.This paper presented the satisfactory results of genotyping on partial decomposed corpse tissues with PCR technique and discussed some questions needing attention.

    In this paper,a method quantitative determination of chlere—phacinone in human blood based on solid—phase extracion and derivative spectrophotometry has been developed.This method,using diuting sodium hydroxide solution as a diluent for posioning human blood,and directly extracting the diluted blood GDX 403(polymeric resine made in China),was sufficiently simple,rapid and depend- able.The results of this method were also reliable.Recoveries of chlorophacinone form spiked human blood were 73.5±5.0%,78.7±3.8%,80.8±4.0%(n=5)for the levels of 2ug/ml,10 ug/ml and 40 ug/ml respectly.
