Abstract: The parentage identification of decomposed body or dead fetuswere required occasionally in Medicole- gal practice.The blood-grouping method is useless in these cases.However,PCR technique brings a hope to dissolve these special caseworks.This paper presented the satisfactory results of genotyping on partial decomposed corpse tissues with PCR technique and discussed some questions needing attention.
