Abstract: This article reports the medicolegal expertise of 13cases of homicidal poisoning by parenteral routes.which composed of 2 cases of mercuric chloride poisoning (I. V. ), 1 case of metallic mercury (I. V.), 2cases of potassium cyanide (one by intramuscular injection and the other by submammary injection), 1case of chromic anhydride(by plugging into the vagina), 1 case of DDVP (by intrapericardial cavity injection), 1 case of cycocel (I. M. ), 1 case of chlorpromazine (I. V. ) and one case of decamethrin(I. V. ). It indicates that homicidal poisoning through parenteral routes is not rare,and the varieties of poisons are increased.
