Medicolegal Expertise of Homicidal Poisoning by Parenteral Routes HUANG GUANGZHAO (FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;TONGJI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY;WUHAN 000);MIN JIANXIONG (INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY;BEIJING 000) 1994, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 2061 )   This article reports the medicolegal expertise of 13cases of homicidal poisoning by parenteral routes.which composed of 2 cases of mercuric chloride poisoning (I. V. ), 1 case of metallic mercury (I. V.), 2cases of potassium cyanide (one by intramuscular injection and the other by submammary injection), 1case of chromic anhydride(by plugging into the vagina), 1 case of DDVP (by intrapericardial cavity injection), 1 case of cycocel (I. M. ), 1 case of chlorpromazine (I. V. ) and one case of decamethrin(I. V. ). It indicates that homicidal poisoning through parenteral routes is not rare,and the varieties of poisons are increased. A Histochemical Quantitative Study on Nuclear DNA in Rat Liver Cell after Death TI BIN;KONG XIANGLIN;YAN ZHUKANG;GU YUNJU (FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;SHANGHAI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY;SHANGHAI 000);CHEN ZHIQIANG;KANG JIANNAN (CENTRAL LABORATORY;SHANGHAI RAILWAY MEDICAL COLLEGE;SHANGHAI 0000) 1994, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1931 )   Postmortem interval (PMI) estimation is one of the most important problems in forensic autopsy. A microspoetrophotometeric study was conducted on the mean nuclear DNA content in rat liver cell after different time postmortem under different environmental temperature (10℃, 21℃, 30℃), We found rat nuclear DNA content was linear related with PMI under 10℃, 20℃ and 30℃ with correlations of-0. 9905,-0. 9863 and -0. 9702 respectively,and the decrease of nuclear DNA content accelerated under higher environmental temperature. We believe the histochemical quantitatve technique should be a new way to correct estimation of PMI. Related Articles | Metrics

The linear ranges were 200-5000ng/ml and recoveries of the method are 81. 41±4. 50 for Barbital, 83. 58±6.65 for Amobarbital, 82. 78±7. 17 for Pentobarbital,79. 04±7. 20 for Secobarbital, 82. 13±6. 81 for Phenobarbital. Myocardial infarction might be caused by blunt chest trauma in which the left anterior descending coronary artery was most commonly involved in the accident. Primary posttraumatic myocardial infarction was manifested in most cases while delayed posttraumatic myocardial infarction in the some others. Several mechanisms might accounted for the occurence of the accident. Their problems in the practice of dimeal forensic medicine were discussed. We recomend that all the patients must undergo a NPT test for 3 consecutive nights by means of Rigiscan device and a record will be considered normal when the rigidity of erection is greater than 70% at the tip and base of the penis with a minimum duration of 100 miniuters. ANALYSIS OF 140 CASES OF HEROIN ZHANG RUNSHENG (SHANGHAI INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;SHANGHAI 000) 1994, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1668 )   This paper presents the result of library search of 140 heroin cases with the "xjli b. 1b. fs" Ir-Spectrum Database built in the PE 7500 Computer. Statistic analysis showed the following results for the 140heroin cases: heroin was identified as component in 67 cases (47. 86%), in some of which heroin was mainly mixed with caffeine. ANALYSIS OF 156 CASES OF NON-FATAL INJURY IN ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CHEN XINSHAN (DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;TONGJI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY;WUHAN000) 1994, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1831 )   Of 156 cases of non-fatal injury in road traffic accident (RTA), the site of injury of most cases located in head (131 cases) and extremitics (138 cases). The type of injury were mainly bruise, wound and fracture. There were complex injuries with 2 or more than 2 types of injuries in 147 cases (94. 2%). The manner of injury on most cases were impact and fall.The author thinks that the multi-site and complex injuries are the major characteristic of non-fatal injury in RTA and apparent injury on the body surface being much more than the injury of inner organ is obvious different from that of the fatal injury in RTA. It is pointed out the attention should be paid to non-fatal injury in RTA and it should be strengthened feasibly to guard against RCA. Related Articles | Metrics

In fact, the accused has committed a crime of rape based on the criminal law no matter how the victim keeps the capacity of sexual selfdefence or not. However, in case a female victim voluntarily fornicates with an opposite sex, or remains indifferently and without any resistence at all at the monent of being raped, only in such a case the evaluation of the capacity of sexualself-defence in a psychiatric expertise should be indispensable and meaningful Related Articles | Metrics
