Abstract: The phenotype of haptoglobin (Hp), group specific component (Ge) and Transferrin (Tf) were simultaneously typed by disc electrophoresis. Instead of Benzidine, O-Tolidine and Amino-Black which are strong cancerigenic agant were used for protein detection. This approach was safe, simple and convenient.
