Abstract: In this paper, 356 confirmed rape cases were analyzed retrospectively in medicolegal examination of material evidence. The rape motive was not oiny to satisfy orgasm, but also to gain authority or power over the victim' The inducement cause came not only from offender, but also from the victim's illiteracy,tack of sexual and legal knowledge and environment factars' ABO pheno typing and gene typing of offenders and victims don' t differ significantly (p>0.05) from the control group.
