Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of dehydrogenases in acute myocardia ischemia in rabbits.The succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were observed by using electron microscopical technique at the time of 0.25.0.5,1.1.5,2,4,6,12,24,36 and 72 hour respectively aller the ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.The results showed that SDH and LDH activity began to decrease in group of coronary occlusion for 0.5 hours.At the same time,amorphous dese body in the mitochondria could be seen and its ultrastructural changes occured.With the prolongation of myocardial ischdria.the decreases of enzymatic activity were obvious.At last,enzymatic granules of SDH and LDH couldn't be found
