Immunohistochemical Study of the Nervous Tissues of the Cardiac Conduction System in the Sudden Infant Death Sydrome(SIDS) HU BINGJIE ET.AL.(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY SUNYAT-SEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES;GUANGDONG00) 1996, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 2136 )   In the preset study the general innervation of the cardiac conduction system(CCS) from four sudden infant death sydrome(SIDS) cases and three age-matched controls was investigated.This was achieved by the conbination of specific S100 and PGP 9.5 atibodies,indirect immunoenzymatic technique and autoclave pretrement for antigen retrieval.The results showed that in the three control cases,the general innervation was not uniform throughout the CCS,the rank order being sino-atrial node(S AN)>atrio-ventricular node(AVN)>bundle of His(HB). The four SIDS cases displayed the same pattern as the controls.Further detailed studies are required to clarify the possible role of the developmental abnormality of nerve elements associated with the CCS in genesis of SIDS. Electron Microscopical Cytochemical Dynamic Obsensation of Dehydrogenases on Experimental Rabbit's Acute Myocardial Ischemia ZHANG GUOHUA AND LI DEXIANG(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;CHINA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY;SHENYANG;000) 1996, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 2008 )   The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of dehydrogenases in acute myocardia ischemia in rabbits.The succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were observed by using electron microscopical technique at the time of 0.25.0.5,1.1.5,2,4,6,12,24,36 and 72 hour respectively aller the ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.The results showed that SDH and LDH activity began to decrease in group of coronary occlusion for 0.5 hours.At the same time,amorphous dese body in the mitochondria could be seen and its ultrastructural changes occured.With the prolongation of myocardial ischdria.the decreases of enzymatic activity were obvious.At last,enzymatic granules of SDH and LDH couldn't be found Related Articles | Metrics

Immunohistochemical Study on Localization on Mophine in the Main Organs of Rats ZHANG YIGU;LIU SHIXIN AND WANG HEMEI(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDL-CLUETONGJI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY.WUHAN 000)POISON AND PHARMACEUTICAL INSTITUTE;ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF MILITARY MEDICINE;BEIJING;000) 1996, 0(4): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1467 )   Male S-D rats were intravenously injected with mo Phine HCL in the dose of 12.5 mg/kg body weight,once and killed in 2h.after administration.Their tissue blocks of brain,liver,kidney,heart and lungs were taken and fixed in solution of 2% glutaraldehyde and 4% paraformaldehyde.Routine paraffin sections were prepared and stained by SABC immuno-histochemical techniques using rabbit antisera against morphine.The results showed that positive staining was seen in epithelial cells of the distal part of the renal tubules and of the collecting tubules in medulla renalis,hepatocytes around central veins, alveolar and bronchial epithelial cells of lungs, some nerve cells,glia cells and epithelial cells of the ependyma in the midbrain, cardiocytes as well as endothelial cells of the capillaries.sera and urine inthe renal tubules.
